Two Ways to Access OhioLINK

       

  • Option 2 - Click from a library catalog record at the top of the screen.

 

OhioLINK Ordering

 How to Order Books from OhioLINK

  • Find the item you want on OhioLINK

  • Click on

  • Select Cedarville Univ 

  • Click

  • Type in your name and 14 digit barcode number (right side of your ID card)

  • Items arrive at the Centennial Library Circulation desk within 3-5 days

  • E-mail is sent to notify you when it arrives
  • Return books to the Centennial Library Circulation desk when you are done with them

  • Millions of electronic articles
  • 17,000 electronic journals
  • 140 databases
  • 68,000 ebooks
  • Thousands of images, videos, and audio files
  • 32,000 theses & dissertations from Ohio students

     How to Track the Status of
     Books You Ordered or How

     to Renew Books

  • Click on the library website (upper right)
  • Type your 14 digit barcode number (right side of your ID card) and click           
  • Find out the status of the book you ordered

  • Select books you want to renew a book

OhioLINK Policies

OhioLINK Loan Policies

  • Check out limit
        -50 Books - students
        -200 Books - faculty, staff,

         graduate students

  • Check out time
        -Books - 21 days
        -Audio Visual materials - 1 week

         only

  • Holding time
        -Centennial library will hold the
         books for 10 days before they
         will be returned to the lending

         library

  • Renewals
        -Books - up to 6 times (unless
         another user places it on hold)
        -Audio Visual materials - cannot

         be renewed

  • Overdue materials
        -$0.50 per item (per day)
        -Results in suspension of

         OhioLINK privileges

  • Recalled materials
        -Libraries may recall their
         materials before due dates
        -$2.00 charge for the late
         return of recalled OhioLINK

         materials

  • Lost materials
        $75.00 (replacement fee) +
        $50.00 (billing fee) = $125.00
