First, log in to your RefWorks account
1) Click on 'Cite' under the article you wish to save to RefWorks
2) You should then see a pop-up box with citation options. Click on the 'RefWorks' link
3) You should then see your RefWorks tab appear with a pop-up box titled 'Import References'. Click on the 'View Last Imported Folder' button
4) You should now see the article you selected in Google Scholar saved to your RefWorks account. You can now drag the article to the folder of your choice
