Pay attention to the keywords used in the journal articles you find for more inspiration. For example, in this article "Teaching Gender Inclusive Language in Professional Writing," the author used the keywords Social Justice Pedagogy, Professional Writing, Discourse Studies, Anti-Oppression, Teaching Narrative
Take a look at the bibliographies or works cited pages of the articles you find, too. This can direct you to related research articles and books.
