Notes
Copyright & Fair Use |
The library will make a "fair use"/copyright evaluation of all materials to be placed on reserve. If necessary, the library will arrange for licensing. The library will cover up to $10/student (up to $300) per course. Costs exceeding these amounts will be charged to the school or department. |
Use of student materials |
In cases of placing students' papers on reserve, we recommend that faculty secure written permission from the student. A Student Permission form (PDF) is available for you to use. |

Please bring any personal materials to be placed on reserve to the library Service Desk |
Types of print reserves |
Strict reserve: may only be used in the library One day reserve: may be checked out for one day Three day reserve: may be checked out for three days One week reserve: may be checked out for one week |
Processing |
Please allow a week for processing of materials. All materials requested for reserve will be processed in the order they are received. You will be notified when materials are available. |
